Return Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you find the product ‘damaged’, you can request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the order of eyeglasses and 8 days of receiving the order for sunglasses. We do allow exchange/refund of our products depending on the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Timeline

Every Products, be it prescription glasses or sunglasses, is offered with a one-year conditional warranty. This warranty is applicable if the product corrodes, rusts, the coating peels off lenses, or the frame color peels and fades off.

If a product is marked under SALE category is not applicable for return/ replacement and exchange. It means that the Cliqlens has specified that the item cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged after purchase.

Exclusions

The Warranty is limited and doesn’t include product breakage, scratches, damages caused by accident, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering, loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product.

The Refund Process

There are two ways you can get a refund

Bank Account- You can go the old way and get the refund sent to your bank account. However, the number of days will differ depending on the bank policy.
