Cancellation Policy

At Cliqlens, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order. This will help you understand when cancellations are allowed and how refunds are handled.

1. Product Images and Expectations
The images of products shown on our website are for illustration purposes and may be enhanced to highlight product features. Actual products may slightly differ in color, texture, or appearance. We do our best to maintain accuracy, but the product’s appearance and materials may not always match your exact expectations.

2. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may request to cancel your order only before the manufacturing or packaging process has started.
• Once you receive an email stating that order tracking details have been sent, your order has been processed and cannot be cancelled.
• If your cancellation request is received before production or packaging begins, we will accept the cancellation and process your refund.

3. Refunds for Customer Cancellations
• If your cancellation is approved, the amount will be refunded directly to your bank account.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
• No deductions will be made if cancellation is done in time and before processing has started.

4. Cancellation by Cliqlens
In rare cases, if an order is deemed unacceptable or cannot be fulfilled, Cliqlens reserves the right to cancel it.
• You will be informed via email or phone.
• A full refund (100%) will be issued to your original payment method.
• The refund will reflect in your account within 3–5 business days.

5. After Dispatch – No Cancellation
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, no cancellations will be accepted. Any order with the status "Dispatched" or for which tracking information has been shared is considered final.

6. Alterations and Custom Requests
If you request any changes, such as frame color or lens type, these alterations will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase. Once alterations are confirmed, cancellations may not be possible.

7. Responsibility and Risk
Cliqlens is responsible for your order only until it is handed over to the delivery service. After dispatch, the responsibility and ownership are transferred to the customer.
