Most orders placed on Cliqlens are delivered within 5 to 12 days. However, some specialized products—like progressive or custom prescription glasses—may take a little longer due to the extra precision and care involved.
We’ll keep you informed at every step. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your eyewear’s journey right to your doorstep.


2- Do I Have to Pay Extra for Shipping?
No surprises here! At Cliqlens, shipping charges are already included in the price of the product you see. That means the price you pay at checkout is the final price—no hidden delivery fees at all.


3- Want to Return Your Order?
Here's How. We want you to love what you wear. If there’s a manufacturing defect in the frame or lenses, you can return your order within 15 days of delivery. Here’s how to return:

2. Share your order details and the issue you’re facing.
3. Our team will get in touch with you and guide you through the process.

If it’s a small issue (like a loose screw or minor adjustment), you don’t need to return the entire product. Just send it back to us, and we’ll fix it up and return it—good as new.

• Remote Areas: While we deliver across India, deliveries to some remote or rural areas might take longer or may not be serviceable by all carriers.
