How long will it take for my order to arrive? Most of our orders are delivered within 5-12 days. But some products may take a longer time to be delivered such as progressive glasses. How much is Cliqlens’s delivery charge? The delivery charge is flat, constant, and included in the price you pay for a product. I want to return my order. Inform me of the procedure to do so. You can return an order within 15 days of receiving it, if there’s a manufacturing defect in the frame. If the problem can be resolved with a bit of adjustment, send them to us and we will do it for you. All you have to do is go to the contact us page on the Cliqlens website and we’ll act on it ASAP.
